Our training not only covers the vital key skills and knowledge, ensuring your staff will offer the best service, but also covers key legislation and topics such as food allergy guidance, ensuring your staff will have an in-depth knowledge of food legislation to further improve your customers experience.

Our training course is aimed at staff at all levels who are working in the hospitality industry, such as waiting staff, bar staff, front of house staff and catering staff.
This course will also be beneficial to hospitality managers and supervisors as it will increase the skills needed to teach and advise their employees, ensuring that all employees are providing great levels of customer service.

Accreditation
Our Customer Service in Hospitality course has been independently certified as conforming to universally accepted Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.
Test and certification
At the end of the course, you will be required to answer 15 multiple choice questions to assess your understanding of customer service. A 75% pass mark is needed and there’ll be three attempts to achieve this at no extra cost. If more than three are required, you will need to contact the Virtual College team to arrange an additional try.
When the 75 per cent pass mark has been achieved, you will be able to download and print a Virtual College allergy awareness certificate for your records.
Course duration
Our Customer Service in Hospitality Training Course should take one to two hours to complete, though this depends entirely on how quickly you learn and absorb the study material.
As the course is self-paced and progress is recorded throughout, you can easily complete the training in stages.
