Overview
The course describes how to manage change within a team, its positive and negative effects and techniques for supporting a team through change.
The course reviews the reasons, drivers and reactions to change and enables the learner to understand how to manage resistance to change.
Change theory is reviewed including Jungian’s four groups of people; Kotter’s eight step model of change and looks at different ways to plan for change.
